Easy to hold, great value.
These pens are so easy to hold. The ultra Bic pens are super. Long lasting. Great for all of my crossword puzzle books. Ink flows nicely. Would order again and again. Great value.

Best pen for signing a baseball.
I googled what the best pen to use when you get a baseball signed, and this was the pen. They were right. It’s a beautiful blue ink and it looks great on a baseball... and paper!

My favorite pen!
My job requires me to be writing all day long, so I've become a bit of a pen snob. I've tried nearly every type of pen from gel, rollerball, etc but this one is not only comfortable to grip but it always has a steady flow of ink with a nice glide along the paper. I always keep a nice supply of the pens on hand!

Now horrible, leaky, and unreliable pens.
These pens have changed and now are horrible. These were my favorite pens for years. I have used them many times a day for years while writing in my journal, and working on other writing projects. They felt just right in my hand, and were reliable, smooth-writing and well-made. But not only has the style changed from a translucent barrel to a solid gray barrel, the most important change is in the quality of the pens. They now leak, or fail to write, or write for a little while and then stop. The ink leaks from either the tip or the bottom of the pen and ends up on my hands - not just a little bit of ink, either, big blotches of ink that take major scrubbing. These pens are so defective that I just got tired of playing, "I wonder if this next pen out of the box will work" and threw away all ten boxes that I recently purchased. I need to know that the pen I use can be counted upon to work, and these are completely frustrating, messy, and not worth the hassle. I would love Bic to go back to their former manufacturing. I don't care what the pens look like, but the functionality is now zilch.
