Pewi Bike
I purchased this as one of my son's many 1st Birthday gifts... =)On his birthday, his feet were just shy of hitting the floor, so he couldn't really push himself around on it right away. However, he was very intrigued by it, and he loved crawling around & pushing it like a car. Now at 13 months, he cruises around on his Pewi like a pro! He still isn't walking without holding onto a table or furniture, so I think he really loves the freedom of movement this bike gives him. As a walker, I believe this is for more experienced walkers, as it's much too fast for beginners, & it moves in all directions. He really does well with his Haba push wagon though. (It is the blue & red one with a seat up front, and it has an adjustable "brake" to slow it down when they are just starting out. It's very heavy/sturdy so it doesn't tip easily, and it really is a quality piece). My son's 2 year old cousin also loves riding around on the Pewi, so I believe that my son will enjoy it for quite some time. Depending on how fast he progresses with it, I plan on purchasing him a balance bike for Christmas (@18months) or for his 2nd birthday.Overall, this red Pewi Bike is very sturdy, very inexpensive, & a lot of fun for little ones. I highly recommend it!

awesome!!
This thing is awesome! I got it a couple of months ago at the point where my daughter can "walk" while holding my hand, but she wasn't confident enough to even try walking on her own (so she always got back down on her knees to crawl somewhere, and then stand up again once she got to where she wanted to go even though it's no more than a couple feet in distance). We have one of those push walkers, but the wheels always slid too fast away from her and so she could never push one of those on her own. It took her 5 minutes to be comfortable on the Ybike the very first time I put her on it, and then after that she was literally rolling all over the house on her own!The design is amazing. The body is slender in the middle, so that when my daughter is straddled and walking, it doesn't require her to open her natural stance too much. The tail of the body widens so that she doesn't slip out the back end. The height is perfectly low enough to encourage her to stand and walk instead of sit and paddle, but she can sit on it when she's tired. The wheels are 360 spinner style and rollerblade quality, which makes the Ybike very easily maneuverable in every direction (and doesn't require me to drop whatever I'm doing to go and get her unstuck or turned around). It's small and compact compared to the traditional walkers on the market (we live in the city and don't have much space), and totally works even in small spaces. My only very minor complaint is that the color of the product featured in this picture is all wrong. The description says pink, but the picture looks like it's got more of a purplish hue. It's totally pink...think bubble gum pink.

Nice little toddler bike
TL;DRSmall packaging - easy to wrap for a giftPretty easy assembly - comes with all of the stuff neededSturdy bike - wheels don't leave marks of my hardwood floorsThe thing really moves and might cause an unsteady stander to fallFull ReviewI bought this bike for my 11 month old son because I read about it in an article on Fatherly.com. We have hardwood floors, so I was looking for something he can push around and/or ride without leaving marks everywhere. My parents bought him this little plastic airplane with wheels that he really likes to push around, but the plastic wheels leave marks EVERYWHERE (https://www.amazon.com/Evaxo-Lights-Sounds-Lightyear-Activity/dp/B0821MPB9X/ref=sr_1_19?crid=33SGTIARQZ055&dchild=1&keywords=buzz+lightyear+ride+on&qid=1585687547&s=toys-and-games&sprefix=buzz+li%2Ctoys-and-games%2C203&sr=1-19). I like that it arrived in a pretty small box, so it is something that would be easy to wrap and gift if that was something you're looking to do. Assembly was pretty easy - it took me about 20 minutes to put together while my son was crawling all over me. It came with all of the tools needed for assembly, so that was nice. Now that it is assembled, it seems quite sturdy. It's light enough that my son can tip it over and "man handle" it, but it doesn't have any sharp edges. The wheels are the best part of this thing - they twist and turn like wheels on an office chair, but the rubber does not mark up my floors. On a slick surface, the bike moves fast, so if your child cannot stand easily on his or her own, it is possible that it would cause them to fall over forward. Overall this is a nice little bike and I am happy with my purchase.

Brilliant!
Pewi YBIKEWhile searching for a product that will aid in my little one being able to master abilities & grow through those pivotal stages, I kept coming across the Pewi YBIKE. It not only serves as a device to help them walk, it’s also a ride on toy. While it says for ages 9mo-3years and up to 44lbs, I believe we may get more use out of it being that my child is small for her age due to having Trisomy 21. This will not only help strengthen her muscles, it will help with coordination, gross motor skills, spatial awareness, & cross-patterning, which also correlates to brain functioning and learning. The caster wheels spin around 360° and are non-marking. This means it can be pushed from any direction, with minimal hang ups. Transitions smoothly from hard floors to rugs. It’s lightweight and compact. While the instructions are clear, all parts labeled and requiring only 6 screws and the usage of 4 allen wrenches that are included, it was a bit of a pain to assemble. The bolts looked and felt too big, they would not fit when aligned properly. I had to wiggle and push each of the 4 main screws on the plastic 4-way piece that the legs attached to. It took far too long and made my hands ache. But once that was done, the rest was a breeze. It took me 25-30min to assemble due to that, when in reality it should have taken 5-10min.
