I paid $450 for a Thinkpad T450s i7. By now I am very happy about it, works well and fast, and only for a small fraction of its original cost. The screen is a little small, but I already knew that, so it's a trade-off for this price and cpu, can't have it all. You must accept what you are buying, refurbished, small keyboard, small screen, not top quality screen, maybe with little issues on the back light of the keyboard. Perfect if you want a good machine, good SSD, good battery.---The first ultrabook I received had the webcam not working, I contacted tech service and they sent me a replacement immediately, I am grateful for this, since I really needed the laptop as soon as possible. The replacement works like charm up until today.So, five stars for the Thinkpad and the people at customer service.I will write an edit to this review if I change my opinion on it.

Although when my computer arrived it wouldn't boot up due to a fan error, which I fixed because I wanted to use it, I am happy and satisfied with my computer. Fast and appears brand new. (the fan error was a bent fan housing causing the fan to jam. Once fixed no issues......so far) I rate a 4 because of fan issue. Someone else may have been irate

Came with everything listed in the specs and everything works! Great value for a laptop.

Bought 2 of these for my kids homeschooling. Paid three hundred each. I just finished setting up the first one, and installed Minecraft as they both play. Seems to run just fine (lower graphics settings). Overall looks pretty clean and runs fast enough for what they need. I'll come back and update if I have any issues with the second one or if anything changes in the next 90 days. Overall seems to be a pretty good value at three hundred, but just saw that the price has gone up.

Company sent me a laptop that does not charge. This seller should be removed from this platform.

Needed a Windows 10 Computer for some applications at work. Did not want to spend a lot of money so bought this refurbished computer. So far it has work as expected. Computer arrived in excellent shape and looked brand new.
