DON'T TAKE THIS EVERY DAY!
The amino acid l-arginine may help the virus replicate. A small body of evidence suggests that high levels of l-arginine may worsen shingles symptoms. For example, a 2019 case report details the experience of an otherwise healthy 39-year-old who had recurring shingles outbreaks while taking an arginine.IT HAPPENED TO ME!!! TRUST ME TOO at 53! YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CRAP!! It started about 1-2weeks after starting this stuff. On January26th. It almost felt like a pulled muscle in between my shoulder blade and my spine, then it felt like I got beat up in my sleep, my ribs felt bruised all up and down the right side. It wrapped around under my arm and across my right breast and it stops dead center of my chest. Which meant no bra wearing for weeks! NOTHING HELPED THE PAIN! NOTHING! The only thing that eased it was a very hot shower. The one thing they say not to do, as it can make the rash worse. I didn't care at that point. I needed relief from the pain. It is now March 15th. I am still sensitive to cold. IT HURTS SO BAD. Even cold chills hurt, and it seems like they only go the area where the shingles are! It itches like CRAZY, even now. I was numb to the touch so the harder you scratch it actually hurts and doesn't help the itching. The rash is still visible just not near as bad as it was. I did go to the dr. in time for antivirals, which... It did not shorten a thing with this stuff. You cannot pass shingles to anyone. However, once the blisters bust you can in fact give someone chickenpox. There vaccine for shingles has some pretty harsh side effects, so I am not doing that! ~ Even if someone has had the chicken pox vaccine, they can still get shingles later on in life. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE TAKING SUPPLAMENTS, Yall!!!
