We had refurbished a powder room and the wall now has tile behind the door where the knob can come to rest against the wall. This product stops the door before the knob can reach the tile wall. No “rubber bumper” on the wall! Magnet catches the door before any damage to wall. Magnet on floor smaller than old 50 cents piece. Great idea.

Make sure you measure the clearance on the door before you buy! I have a large front door that I was looking for a stop for and this looked good. Unfortunately its has to be mounted 5-12mm (1/4" - 3/8") from the floor and I have greater than 3/4" clearance. This does no good with a door like that. :-(

It’s only good for doors that are close to the floor. If you have a big gap it won’t work. This is not told when buying.

Works as designed. Very compact.

They don’t work. Doors are cut to clear rugs and they can’t be that far away. And when they do work, they hit hard and make a lot of noise. Waist of money.
