This has been a great supplement and came packaged very well with a cool pack. I prefer this brand to some other more expensive ones I’ve tried.

Supplement was completely warm and supposed to be delivered cool
I have to choose "a star" but this deserves no stars.I've bought this supplement before. I've bought directly from Pure Encapsulations and i generally love the company for the quality of it's products. Generally, most of my supplements either come from Thorne Research or Pure Encapsulations BUT I've tried to reach out to the seller bc i do not trust the quality of this form of glutathione now since being delivered warm. I had a friend home at time of delivery to ensure it went directly into the refrigerator and i was told that the 'ice packs' were completely warm.I am not happy with thus purchase at all bc these supplements are expensive, again, typically i think the quality is worth the price BUT the quality of service on this order has made me seriously disappointed and perhaps will not buy from Pure Encapsulations again and will just switch over to all my supplements from Thorne Research.No stars is the best i can give. Given the response/service.

I’m a little confused
Package has been seating in the front desk for two days because I did not know and they did not tell me it has to be refrigerated upon arrival at this point I don’t know if still good to use.

Just received, not kept 'refrigerated'
Just received product, and opened immediately upon delivery, so couldn't have gotten it any faster. It arrived steaming hot with 2 refrigerated packs inside, but they were long since cold. It was quite warm. I took it with liposomal c, and will report back if it still proves to be effective. At this point, I've have to believe the quality was compromised. SHIPPING: Seller, do better.
