I can't guarantee that this 25 year-old balsamic vinegar has zero alcohol, but if it has anything it's a trace amount -- the box, in any event, says nothing about alcohol content. Moreover, I would think you'd use this vinegar sparingly (I do!). Bottom line, I personally wouldn't worry about it, and I highly doubt alcohol, if any, in this vinegar would be noticeable or have any appreciable effect. Hope this is helpful!
