They sent the wrong cutlery
I needed to replace some cutlery and ordered from V & B. They sent me the wrong cutlery. it did take an age for replacement to arrive. Decent cutlery but it’s the service that let it down.

I bought these to add to cutlery set already purchased. The tea spoons are cheap replacement called montavo not Villeroy &Boch

Not so stainless
Purchased about a month ago and after a few weeks a few stains appeared.Quite disappointing when you’re buying one of the best cutlery sets of the market.

Poor quality lost their shine !!
poor quality after 3 months of use they have lost their shine and that I do not put them in the dishwasher And The tea spoon is to small. Compare the two spoons from the picture
