Do not waste your money
My husband gifted me with these at Christmas. I love them. However For the entire time I have had them the latches have NEVER latchhed secure and they keep slipping out of my ears UNNOTICED! My heart broke last week when I realized one had fallen out of my ear. I have torn my house upside down trying to find it. I would like to know if there is any chance i can get these replaced?

These earrings are absolutely beautiful.

Box is stained and grubby.
These earrings are a bday gift for my grandaughter in Colorado. I am leaving for there on Wednesday.This is the second pair I received from you. The first was perfect. Is there anything that can b done to fix this?Thank you.
