Star Micronics TSP654IIBi2 Bluetooth Thermal Receipt Printer with Auto Connect for Android/Windows, Auto-cutter, and External Power Supply - Gray

I used this with an IPad with the Heckler Windfall stand on an APG cash drawer. I was able to hook up the APG cash drawer directly to this printer, and then used the IPad Bluetooth to communicate with the printer. Works like a charm, never an issue with jamming either. I am using the Square POS app. Plus there isn't a delay when printing a receipt with the bluetooth.

This model 39481270 is not working on Android as title suggest.. Please note that this title says its a 654, but the sticker on the front says its a 650. This might be a issue with the seller, or perhaps something weird going on as the bottom stickers says its both the 650 and another sticker saying its the 654... so seller might be clueless to what they had. I believe this is the apple iOS version only. The printer paired fine, but does not detect as a printer by any of the 3 android devices i checked it on... i did successfully use a app tool that test prints to iOS and it spit out a test receipt fine. So again, only buy 39481270 if you have Apple tablet, etc.

Only works with ONE tablet. Purchased this to print orders for delivery app tablets (Grubhub , DoorDash, etc) but it only prints from one tablet. So if you have more than 1 tablet (like most restaurants do nowadays ) this won’t work

I bought this because the product description says its IOS Bluetooth compatible. IT IS NOT. This version is connected via wires. If you are looking for the blue tooth version you need the TSP654IIBTi.Had to return it and I hate doing that.

I was so worried I could t set this up with my cash drawer and iPhone with Square app. I didn’t have WiFi, but it worked great using Bluetooth! My phone has cell & data, and I can easily ring a sale, print any tickets or receipts, and the cable to the cash drawer I bought separately on here pops open when triggered through my phone app and the printer. AWESOME! I love that I can print kitchen tickets, as well as customer checks and receipts, all through this mighty little printer.

the printer would turn on, install driver , but nothing print, I called support, did not answer phone, so I sent an email, he suggested a driver , I downloaded the driver installed it, but still nothing printing

Spent over an hour with the manufacturers help line but could not get to work with the UPS software. The issue was the barcode lines were not smooth enough to be read by a barcode scanner. Finally rented a unit from UPS by the month. Going to still try this unit for USPS shipping labels. Will say the person on the help line made a valiant effort trying to fix the issue though.

Very easy setup once you find the pairing button in the lower back of the unit. I am using this printer as a kitchen printer linked to my wait staff's iPad POS using Square Card OS. Works like a charm and only has a 2-3 seconds delay for Bluetooth printing.

Excelente impresora de recibos, super rapidísima y muy fácil de configurar. Totalmente compatible con iOS y android, lo utilizo con izettle y trabaja a la perfección.

La impresora llegó bien y funciona perfecto, imprime muy bien y es muy rápida, muy recomendable.
