Excellent product. Very durable ( After 1 year usage review)
This product is excellent. No problem at all. Working without any complaints since 1 year. The flexible pipe is very useful. I bought Alton company tap previously and it started leaking within 6 months and it is unrepairable. But this 10x really made me satisfied. Value for money.

Very useful product
Got one almost 11months ago. It was easy to install. Very useful to move water around the sink and allows the lifting up of water flow easily to allow washing of taller vessels. TIP: If the water flow is low, then open the front nozzle by unscrewing it and replace it after washing off the debris from the filter thoroughly. There are costlier ones, but this does the job well.

Only plating quality is noy good
After 1 1/2 month the plating is getting rust, quality of plating is not good. As this item we will use in wet area, they should keep the quality. Otherwise it is not leaking single drop of water after closing the tap, I am using pressure pump of 2.5 bar, for this pressure it is not leaking
