Junk, a pain to install and fitment is poor. I spoke to Smittybilt customer service about the fitment issues and their response was to wait until a hot day and then stretch the material. I think most people would be installing this before it rains (not a hot time), poor thinking and direction on the manufacturers part.Follow up 2+ years later, fitment still sucks and rear zippers will not fully close no matter what I do. Definitely seems like a defect and Smittybuilt is no help even though I live local to their office. I’ll be replacing it soon with something that fits, this thing sucks

Awesome top, only thing that sucks is they put the knobs on top of the windshield header so it's damn near impossible getting the top off, i have to use a wrench to turn knobs because of the angles. Also, remove the spring latch on your door surrounds. Looks stupid on the top adding bumps you don't need. Leak free, easy to turn into safari top if you don't wanna hassle with no top. Nothing but compliments on it now. Gives it a sporty look. Thanks smitty!

Looks great on the jku. I’d suggest waiting for a good 85-95 degree day. It’s been 81 here all day and was still extremely difficult to get the side windows on due to tightness. I had a soft top so I used my original door surrounds but I didn’t opt to buy the besttop header bar it fits way better than the smitty bilt one. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t seen it in the rain yet but if it doesn’t leak I’ll give it 5 stars. Install is difficult but great instructions and it came with the foam to seal the gaps between door surrounds and the top. Love the look by the way.

this top fit very well, however i would highly recommend the best top windshield header bar rather then the smittybilt. it fits far better believe it or not. i have a big issue with the zippers on this top, they are weak i broke two of them within 2 months. also the stitching is starting to come apart. i feel the quality control is lacking. as far as functionality i love this top! no matter what you do it is not 100% water proof but it keeps 98% of the water out of the jeep so i would not use it during the winter. but it looks really good and the ability to store the windows inside the top is reallllly nice. i didn't think i would use them but the pockets inside and molle webbing was extremely useful and i used it ever day. all in all a great addition to the jeep and a good top for the price.

Love the top! It fits a little tight, so can be a pain to remove and put back together, but it does work very well. BUY THE BEST TOP WINDSHIELD CHANNEL!!! The smittybilt 90105 Windshield Channel is just about worthless...they could have made so many small improvements that would have made it fantastic.

There was 4 inches of stitching missing on the zipper at the back window so there is a gap between the top and the zipperThe zipper was broke at the top so when you put the zipper in it to start it it dosnt stay zipped from the top had to put electrical tape on it so you could zip it up price of the top is a little cheaper than some of the other brands until you find out its not a complete top you have to buy the peices for around your doors there extra so when your done it cost more than the other brands the add is very misleading

I was not sure how I would feel about this top and I nearly sent it back. If you have a 2011 or later, be aware you may have to permanently modify your factory door surrounds from your factory soft top to make this work. Read the install directions before you purchase. The door surrounds require moving the rain channel water diversion part. I nearly sent this back but my brother gave me his door surrounds from a 2010 and I love the top. It is clearly well made. I am going to replace some pull straps with clips to make installation faster and more precise on the windows. The first installation took some time while I got everything aligned. I would use Clips instead of pull straps once you get that position set it would be perfect every time. The fact is, there are features like the in top window storage that are really forward thinking. Also, the front seat compartments and two rows of places to fasten lightweight storage make this top a winner in my book.
