The price was not work the product when it was delivered they sat it in the driveway and left, it looked heavy but when we picked it up to carry into the house it was very light weight and then when we opened the item it was very hollow from the pics online it looks as if it's a heavy material but it looks good in the area, it will not be useful for a heavy item to placed onto. The price needs to reduced because it went up even more than what I paid for it. Ridiculous price!!!!! Not worth it.

This item came in and the design is perfect for my room. Unfortunately it arrived in a damaged box and the metal had dents and bends that were not easily pulled out. We had to return it which was really easy. Fast refund. We did re- order in hopes of receiving one that isn’t damaged. Fingers crossed!

I think the pictures in the advertisement are lovely. The ads convey an air of sophistication and glamour. I really wanted to love this coffee table. In fact, I still love what this coffee table aspires to be. Sadly, the actual product fails to deliver in almost all expectations. It was delivered and the box was tattered a little, but upon opening it was, it believe, adequately packed with styrofoam for protection. The first thing I noticed was it was much lighter than I expected it to be, which was fine for moving it inside my home.However, once placed as a center coffee table anchoring my oversized sofa and two club chairs, it clearly was not heavy enough to do the job of being a table. It is so light that a mere bump in passing allows it to move like a hockey puck. The hand hammering is just ok. I didn’t know the top is not flat it’s concave, so nothing really can sit on it with out a gap in the middle of the item placed on it. For example a coffee table book looks odd because only the outer edges of the book sit level there is a gap under the center of the book it just looks odd or uneven. It’s the same for coffee cups or glasses, they sit unevenly. The only thing I could get to look good was a small vase like they have pictured in their ad. Even if I could get by those issues the edges of the table are not even. I’m not talking about the small hand hammered divots that are expected to give it uniqueness. I’m talking about the overall edge line of the table it just looks like it has multiple dents in at least four or five places. I have concluded after seeing a second one and reading other reviews that it was not damaged. It is poorly made with little eye to detail of the finish. Bottom line it’s shiny but looks like they needed to flip it over and finish shaping it to a perfect edge. It is instead wavy at best and dented at worst. It’s like the table in the online ad was made by skilled artisans and the one I received was made in a high school metal shop. I want the one pictured in the ad. My last issue is that it is just too short for all but the lowest of low slung couches, think a futon on the floor. It’s wide enough but it’s about two inches shorter than and other coffee table I’ve ever seen. I went back and looked more closely at the online ad, the second couch they show it with is very similar to mine. When comparing real life with the ad it’s crystal clear they use forced perspective and camera angle to make this table look several inches taller than it really is. While they give a height of14 inches, that is misleading as it’s not a straight bottom to top measurement it’s base is slightly inset it bulges in the middle the goes back in at the top. Therefore it sits more like 13 inches. Because I really wanted to love this table I checked my sofa seat height is 18 inches. I also googled the average sofa seat height and it said standard range is from 15 to 20 inches with the average of 17 or 18 inches. So this table will be dwarfed by most furniture and you are left with just a non functional table that fails aesthetically. If Deco 79 or anyone else for that matter can correct these issues I would buy that table and love it!

The table is nice looking, but more for decor purpose. Not suitable for use as a coffee table. It’s hallow, and makes loud metal banging noise when placing serving trays on it. Definitely not worth the cost. I don’t recommend.

This table is it! It’s a little lower than couch height but nice and big. Perfect for my living room. It’s definitely more abstract than expected but I love it!

Very Beautiful

Just delivered. Can see fine scratches in it already. I put a wineglass on it to see how level it would be because the edges are concaved and the wineglass can easily scratch the top if you don’t put a coaster down. I’m sure eventually my own nails or even a book or a vase would scratch the entire thing. Great look but should’ve been a different metal to ensure it doesn’t scratch.

Okay, so this table arrived and I guess I can only blame myself to expect that the top surface of a "table" would be flat and parallel to the floor. Uh, no. This is a concave table which makes putting any drinking glass, vase, sculpture and even books an exercise in frustration. ALSO, the table top in NOT 42" but really 38".
