I orderd these to block the sun heating up my mom's house, and was extremely pleased with the ease of installation, look great, lets the wind blow through, and block most of the UV Rays, and you can see through them. Won't hold water like bamboo or swells when wet and turn to some dark spots like our old bamboo blinds. Not sure how long they will last so only gave 4 stars, but seem to be well built so only time will tell. They were at a great price and fast shipping, as we received them in less then a week after order. Amazon stocks most sizes. We got the Beige Hollow type and my mother says they look almost like a lace curtains and loves them. So Thank You to Coarbor and Amazon.

Have purchased two of these over 3 years. Strong and colorfast-good retracting system. Using these on porches to block afternoon sunlight- very effective and trouble free.

Product seems fine, but I bought a new item and received one that is obviously used - the box had been opened and re-taped, the hardware bag had been torn open, and all of the support rods were scratched and a little dented at the end (making it harder to assemble). I don’t want to go through the hassle of a return for what is ultimately a working product, but buyer beware.Edited: adding two stars after using the item a while and for seller response. The seller reached out to me after seeing my initial review and asked for photos of the used product. I declined because that would have required me to take the sun shade apart, but they still offered a 20% refund to make up for it. I appreciate the outreach and adjustment, so between that and the positive experience with the product now that it’s been in use a while I’ve added two stars.

Hung 4 these shades off my balcony which is awesome past noon the sun beats the balcony. So this is a nice option to provide shade when you want to be on the balcony to enjoy a cigar or grilling some food or do some gardening.

This product is so cheaply made and did not roll up as advertised. After we installed it, when we pulled up on the flimsy strings it would bunch up and looked terrible so we took it down. My 90 year old mother bought this for her patio and we couldn’t even return even though it was less than 30 days since we bought it. I believe the short return policy is because it is such a horrible product that they are hoping you don’t get it up before the time allotment runs out. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I absolutely love these for the price. The first one took some time to install but after that the next two went up quickly. They are so nice to have. Blocks the wind and sun. Has tigh downs for the wind. Has a sheerness to see there them, however, at night you can’t and it’s nice for privacy. You can pull them up, keep them down, or have them just a certain length to block the sun. It’s made it to where we can enjoy the patio in the winter and keep the cold wind out. I know it will give us much more afternoon early evening time in the summer to block the sun. Glad I bought them.

We bought this to use on the outside of a tall window to filter the direct morning sun. It does that effectively and the color is nice. However it is very cheaply made and will not roll up neatly or completely. I had planned on using these on multiple windows and wanted to try one to see how we liked it. We won’t be ordering any more of these shades.

I am extremely happy with the shades, beautiful hanging on my porch as they provide shade. However! Difficult to add the pull up ropes, not easy to install.
