Nice product
The media could not be loaded. Nice product. Works exactly as it should. The reed switch is in normally open position. That means the switch makes contact only when the magnet is close enough (about 6cm). The build quality is very good and it can be installed on exterior gates or shutters without worrying about different climatic conditions.

Not Reliable
I had ordered one first and it seemed to work at first but then it stopped working, when you tap on the sensor, it starts working again and stops sometime and you don't even realize. I thought that it could have been a problem with that piece and ordered 3 more pieces. They also have the same problem. One day when someone opened the shutter, the sensor did not work which defeated the whole purpose.
