Worked like a charm
The old rubber washer was falling apart in my toilet. So I replaced the old set of screws and washers with the Hibbert Kit. Installation was simple. No problems during installation and no leaks!

Much better than your run of the mill toilet tank bolts
These bolts are much better than any bolts you would find at your local hardware store. Here is why:* Conical shape of rubber seals that go inside the tank and seal the hole through which the bolt is inserted. Advantage: no leaks.* Made of brass. Advantage: no rust.* Lock nut is very long and can therefore be easily held by a hex socket or even by hand. Advantage: easy installation.Let me tell you a story. The toilet tank in my bathroom started to leak because it was old and bolts were all rusted. I went to the local hardware store and bought replacement steel bolts, the best I could find. I returned home and installed them. It wasn’t easy because nuts are small, bolts are long and it is hard to prevent nuts from rotating while tightening the bolt. Finally finished everything. Filled the tank with water and proudly checked my work. Bolts are wet on the underside. *sigh*. Empty the tank and dry it with a sponge. It may be that the bottom of the tank isn’t perfectly flat and seals aren’t making good contact. Sand the area around holes with sandpaper. Reinstall bolts (not easy) and check for leaks. The bolts are again wet at the bottom and a droplet is forming. Now I am getting upset. Out of desperation, empty the tank again, dry it with a sponge, remove bolts and make sure there is no debris between the rubber seals and the bottom of the tank. Make sure that everything is pristinely clean. Suffer through installation of bolts, fill the tank, and voila! Water is dripping from bottoms of bolts. I am at the end of my nerves at this point. There must be a better way to do this.Off I go to Amazon to find the best tank bolts known to humanity. I find these, order them and wait for three days for bolts to arrive. In the mean time, no water in the toilet tank, but that is a different story.Once these bolts arrived, I prepare myself for another session of long installation, adjustment, tightening and tinkering. I was sorely disappointed. I put the bolts in, tightened them easily and quickly (I didn’t even need a hex socket, I held the lock nut with my fingers and tightened the bolt using a long screwdriver) and I was done in literally three minutes. Best of all, no leaks whatsoever!!After all is said and done I keep wondering: why aren’t all toilet tank bolts like these? Why would anyone make them in any other way?I bought an extra pair just in case I will need them in the future.Highly recommended.

You should definitely buy them‼️‼️
This was the easiest solution to a long lasting problem. My toiled had been leaking through the old screws without me noticing. I just removed the old rusty screws and installed these. Couldn’t have been easier than that. I think my toddler can install them. That’s how easy but efficient they are. You get a nice sealed and free of leaking toilet. Worth every buck.

So far so good
this kit was installed on my toilet tank about a month ago. It was easy to install and so far it's holding up well. That's why I rated it a 4 not 5. Time will tell but I think these are better than the traditional bolt kit.

Tired of your Toilet Tank leaking
This is a great product. I removed my water tank from my toilet to do repairs. Nothing I found at any of the Hardware stores would attach the tank without leaking. The beveled washers make the bolts work the first time. I have not seen this in the Hardware stores ever. Stopped my leak in 5 minutes of work and has continued to work. Not cheap, but I am buying spares for my other toilets so when I need to remove a toilet tank I can get a leak free seal.

When they say heavy duty, they mean it
This thing is a beast and I like that the lock nut can be spun on and tightened with an adjustable wrench. The bolts are long enough & no leaks. I only wish they stopped raising the prices on them. I could use 2 more sets

The Best Toilet Tank to Bowl Bolt Kit
Wow these are great. Excellent quality, instructions are complete and bolts are easy to install. These are the only ones I will use. Gotta have them on all your toilets. Tank is sealed with a conical rubber washer and secured with a washer and nut. Tank is then secured to the bowl (toilet base) with another gasket and the special long nuts. Installation outstanding!!
