Very sturdy, Well made. This is one, should last for many years of use. If, properly used correctly. Great tool for moving appliances and other heavy items. It says it's good for 600lbs. And, by looking at it. Looks like it can carry every bit of it. Completely happy about this buy.

Product was exactly what we needed. Helped us move all of our kitchen and laundry room appliances out of house into garage while we replaced the floors. All the furniture moved from 7 rooms by my husband and myself. This was a lifesaver and well worth the $100 spent. And we have it to use for future projects. It saved us renting one for $15 for 2 hours x many instances on different days. Excellent quality and double straps.

This is a very nice hand truck, and it works very well. The only reason I penalized it a star is because on certain surfaces it just will not stand up by itself. While that might seem like a very minor thing, which is exactly how I first thought of it, there are times when that makes it almost useless because when working by yourself it can be challenging to get things ready to go while also having to keep the truck from falling over.Other than that, though, it is a quality tool.

Great product for the price. Love the extra flip extension on the bottom for deep items - like appliances. I would totally recommend it.

I like the idea of this dolly. We had two problems. One, the straps do not stay tight when you use the bar to fasten the straps around your object. The bar moves right out of place. So you need to buy extra straps to strap your item on tightly. The second problem we encountered was with the rubber gasket that’s supposed to help it go up and downstairs. Our rubber does not move at all so, instead of helping to move things up and downstairs, it actually increases the friction and makes it harder to use on the stairs. Be careful because if you wanna use 600 pounds you have to use a small little loading frame. If your item is 200 pounds or maybe 250, then you can bring down the longer arm at the base to hold your item. I tried to contact the company to tell them about our gaskets not assisting because they don’t move. I’ve even tried WD-40And manually moving the gaskets. I can get them to wiggle but I cannot get them to go in a cycle. So I’m very dissatisfied with this product.

Bought this hand truck specifically for the stair climbing "wheel" located on its back side. This feature makes going up and down stairs much easier. The fold-out foot extension for lifting larger items is another huge plus and also greatly aids in moving bigger items, though it is slightly limited by its 250 lbs weight limit. The hand truck is rather heavy, but my brother has a yellow variation of this model so I knew about the weight before I bought this one.My one huge complaint about this hand truck is with its strap system. The straps are basically useless and do nothing but get in the way. It's difficult to pull the straps through the integrated plastic buckle and to get the straps to tighten down sufficiently. There's a black arm that swivels and is supposed to help you get that final little bit of strap tightening you need, but that swivel arm ALWAYS gives out on me if the hand truck bounces over something, causing the straps to loosen quite a bit and my load to shift. This has caused me to almost drop many items and is actually quite dangerous. I almost dropped a 100 lbs safe down a flight of stairs once because the arm gave out causing the safe to bounce around with each step I climbed. I ended up cutting off the straps after that incident and buying a set of stand-alone ratcheting style straps to use along with the hand truck.This hand truck is a really great tool, but you should do yourself a favor and immediately just replace the straps with your own ratcheting straps.

busted parts out of the box, won't lock in place, if you need a dolly spend more get the real thing.

This item is "OK," and I mean "Just Okay." Did help in regards to moving a pinball machine up a flight of stairs, but what was completely useless was the straps that are attached. They don't hold and slip. I had to utilize my own ratchet straps around it just to feel safe. Item is good enough, however if I had to purchase again I'd choose something different.
