Fun for a day
This crane gives you some bang for your buck, however it’s not that sturdy. It’s tall which was great, and the remote was fun. After having a couple days seemed to fade into the background. My grandsons 8 and would have liked more if he were younger

Stopped working suddenly
My son was so excited to get this Xmas morning. All he wanted was a remote control crane. He wasn’t playing with it constantly, maybe got a grand total of 30 minutes of play before the hook wouldn’t budge, it just made motor noises. Then it stopped spinning as well. I could hear the mechanisms moving inside but the parts themselves just wouldn’t move. It’s useless, not worth your time or money.

Spend the extra $10 for the Mega Crane instead!
My son got the Mega Crane for his birthday and absolutely loved it. Broke after about three months so we replaced it with this one. For the price it’s totally worth it. The mega crane is better though: but neither is super durable. Falls over a lot so I used Velcro ankle weights on the legs to hold the bottom down and haven’t had any problems. Giant crane has a bucket which is awesome, the Mega crane had a grabber and truck to load stuff in. The platform that came with the Mega was awful. Overall, an awesome toy totally worth $24 but not durable at all.

Very nice!
My grandson loves it. For the price I paid it is really nice. Yes it’s plastic. But it is sturdy on its feet. The control is easy for a 3 year old to use. He’s even taken it outside to use in his sandbox. He always brings it back inside.

It’s OK, but won’t last long
My son loved this. And it is a fun toy, however, it is not something that’s going to last. It wasn’t terribly expensive so I don’t feel bad, but then again it’s too much money for throw away toy. The legs of the base keep falling off. The plastic is cheap, not dollar store cheap, but not Tonka truck quality. My sons had fun playing with it for about a month and then it kind of broke apart. My boys are four and eight and can be pretty hard on things though too.

Fantastic toy for young construction lovers !
This is a fabulous toy for the price. If you have a construction truck loving little man like I do, then you can't go wrong here. We got it even better and were able to get a special deal for $9.99 at Christmas time. This has held up well for over 6 months now, and is still going strong. My 11 year old even tries to steal it and play with it. It is about 4 feet tall, and spins almost all the way around. One tip.. We had a hard time with it tipping over when you were picking something up with the crane. We put some bolts in the box on the back of the crane at the top for weight, and it has fixed this. Luckily this part is a little harder to open, and our youngest leaves them alone (he is 6).
