Stopped to pull up after a week usage
The media could not be loaded. Initially the equipment tried hard to pull less than 100kg while it was supposed to lift about 500kg. Now it has stopped pulling. Very unsatisfied with the device and requesting exchange.

Failure in upward functionung of product
The product is not functioning properly. It is not pulling upward. Downward functioning is ok. Couldn't understand whether the problem is with switch or with the machine itself.Hope amazon will respond to my query.

Excellent Crane and I am still using it for Completing Construction of my House Second Floor. Will share the actual pictures when time permits. Using this for last 6 months intermittently.Only once the capacitor went bad and had to replace, else this is working perfectly fine.
