This was for a nine month old. It fit well, even the hat. It was comfortable and soft enough to move around in and to not irritate the skin.

My baby is 9 months old and has now outgrown it. I bought it two months ago and it did fit him at 7 months old. He's pretty average size for height and weight for his age. I loved the outfit though. We first used it for a Renaissance Fair, and just kept using it as a regular daily outfit because he was so comfy in it. The legs and hips are very snug though, and don't stretch so the snaps come unsnapped pretty easily with leg bending or squatting or crawling. I don't regret my purchase, I'm just sad it didn't fit my son for longer.
