A small wonder, in every sense of the word!
Yes, tiny. The handle fits easily between thumb and first finger without the need for additional support... My other brush is around twice the size. So, if you're a larger gent... This may not be for you on a daily basis. The hairs (horse hair I think...) are pretty secure, lost a few when conditioning the brush to rid it of that "horsey" hay-like smell most natural bristles tend to have.In use, the narrow bloom of the brush coupled with the longer relative length of the bristles makes for easy whisking action, that needs very very little space to whip up a very good smooth lather.Tested it with 3 soaps so far (Palmolive cream, Arko stick and Erasmic glycerin soap) all have succeeded in creating a very good lather with very little in the way of effort. The brush has a good firmness on the face, feeling like its getting onto every whisker without feeling like you're rubbing your face with a cactus. For me, these qualities coupled with a jaw dropping sub 24hr delivery time from ordering make this a real pleasant surprise. A definite go to choice for those with limited shelf space, travelling or just not into using a brush that feels like a house brush....

Lovely little brush..
This is the Xtra Small size & is a good quality natural bristle brush. After the first few uses, & any loose bristles have been washed out, I've had no problems whatsoever with shedding.. Of course not using very hot or boilingwater is a must or you can say goodbye to most brushes before very long anyway I think.I've had the M sized brush from the Shaving Factory, also handmade in Turkey, & it's still going strong.Overall for day to day use I prefer a very small brush (even with big hands) as I can control the soap much better, as with a large brush I seem to get it everywhere especially if I'm in a rush. This one has a subtle satin natural finish, not highly lacquered, which suits me as I quite like the way that wooden handles weather.. Maybe that's an age thing with me.The handle being smaller than most & barrel shaped, it hasn't that usual flange on the end, so it can at times fly forward out of the fingers when you least expect it.. So I've found a few tips with the corner of a file placed in a way that best suits your fingers gives that extra bit of grip to restore satisfaction..Anyway, I do like this little brush & I'm thinking I might have to buy a few more just to squirrel away on the qt.. Thank you.

Well made, good price and creates a good lather.
Well made (only couple of hairs/bristles have come out in the first couple of weeks, so impressive). The stocky base is fine and easy to handle, if fact just as good as a the larger handle that I am used to.After a couple goes, getting the soap onto the bristles, I am getting a really good lather.

An excellent budget brush with good backbone and splay. Well worth the money!
Once you have broken it in and cured it of it’s iniatial smell this is a very good little brush. You loose a few bristles at first but this clears up quickly. The bristles are initially a little hard but soften quickly with use when this becomes an excellent brush and convenient for daily use as well as a great travel brush. Good value for money.

I don't like shaving
I wan't going to leave a review - but, after a couple of weeks use, decided to. I'm not as into shaving as most of the reviewers, I generally see it as an annoyance when I could be doing something more useful instead. However, I noticed my face was getting increasingly blotchy after shaving of late so decided to do some reading to try and make it better. I ordered some Truefitt and Hill sensitive shaving gel and also their aftershave balm. This did help, but not massively. Luckily, a week or so after I'd ordered that the Wilkinson Sword brush that the missus bought me 3 years ago snapped in half (it was sentimental value that led to me keeping it, first xmas and all that) so I scouted round for another one and, after reading the reviews, decided to give it a go. It's great, made a huge difference (which surprised me, because I didn't realise a decent brush could make so much difference) my face is clearer, lather disappears not long after applied (which I didn't realise was actually supposed to happen, it just leaves the gel) and shaving is much smoother. So, for people who see shaving as a massive pain in the arse, it's highly recommended.p.s. 6 bristles have fallen off in all
