Truly impressed by this accessory- as I am with the whole Camp Chef line. This shelf set is far more sturdy than I imagined it to be and I assumed the paint was some typical gloss enamel that you find on any ordinary item. Not so. We got powder coat! And the texture adds just that little bit of grip to items placed on it. But that sturdiness! Love it when my expectations are exceeded!These fold securely and pretty tightly to the stove when not needed. I installed them on my Denali 3x today in mere minutes. Simply fold out and attach wind screen, the remove wind screen and fold down for storage. Simple pimple. Given I usually set my camp kitchen up under a canopy, I doubt I'll even use the wind screen much, but it's so easy to put on and take off, I'll keep it. Completely satisfied with this item and the whole brand line.

These are the perfect fit and size for the 3 burner camp chef. They installed in a couple minutes and are built to hold. They don't add any weight and it is so much easier to have a place to hold stuff while cooking.

I easily installed these on my Camp Chef Tahoe 3 burner stove in just minutes! Definitely a quality product and really compliments the stove functionality. I find having these built in shelves to be so much handier than using a stand alone table. The hinged design allows them to compactly cover the top of the grill and folded windscreen, affording extra protection when ready for storage . Similar to the stove, these shelves are extremely sturdy and built to last. While they do add to the overall weight of the unit, the utility of having them offsets any negative. I would definitely recommend purchasing these shelves, they provide much needed work space while you are cooking on your stove. I also purchased the paper towel dispenser and utensil rack -- These come in very handy as well and hang right over the lip of the shelves.

I bought the Camp Chef Tundra 3X three burner stove at Costco and wanted to add these shelves. The Amazon description does not include the Tundra 3X as one of the compatible stoves, but it is a perfect fit.I like the shelves, but they are not exactly what I expected. First of all, they are metal, not hard plastic like on my Webber BBQ. I'm fine with that. They are very sturdy and should be very easy to clean, but it does add more weight to the stove. Also, the shelves fold over the stove and act like a cover when the stove is not in use. I like this feature, but mine would not lay perfectly flat on the stove. There is a slot cut into the hinge side of the shelf which is supposed to allow room for the lip of the stove thereby allowing the shelf to lay flat, but the slot wasn't quite wide enough on my new shelves. Because the shelves were metal, I just used a pair of dikes to cut the metal making the slot about 1/4 inch wider. Now the shelves lay flat on the top of the stove when stowed. Its an easy fix with dikes or tin snips, but I feel I really shouldn't have to do it. Lastly, the hardware included for mounting the shelves to the stove is about 1/8" wider than needed, which makes the shelves feel a little loose when deploying or stowing them. I wish it was just a little tighter with less slop in it.All in all, it is a great shelf set and at a great price. Knowing all that I know now, I would still buy it. I'm looking forward to our next camping trip.

Works well and creates a table top when closed

I purchased these side shelves for my "Tahoe" 3 burner Camp Chef stove and could not be happier. There is plenty of room on each shelf to place much needed items while cooking and they fold up nicely onto the stove and do not interfere with the fit of the cover I bought. The wind shield that comes with the Tahoe model will still work on the stove with these shelves-it just takes a bit of maneuvering to make it fit. They are a little tricky to install unless you remove the cooking grate. A great addition to the stove and it negates the need for a table close by.

Saw other 3 burner stoves with this one and wanted the same thing. Some reviews said it fit and other says it didn't for the one Costco sold. Took a chance and it does fit the Costco sold one(TS90G22). Only downside to this is, the wind deflection needs to be modded to fit flat, as the screws used to attach this will be in the way and won't sit flush.Also, the screws/allen tool they included, is cheap. The allen wrench barely fit into the head of the screw and it kept on sliping out and roudning it out. Took a closer look and the allen head was shallow, so it didn't sit far enough into the screw head. Will upgrade the screws to better ones.

I got these shelves primarily to have a place to set my my cooking utensils while using my Camp Chef Stove. For that purpose, they are adequate. The shelves assemble easily and should last as long, if not longer, than the stove itself. Having said that, these shelves, while made of sturdy metal, cannot hold much weight without bending. The specs or item description may list exactly how many pounds they can hold, but after having assembled them to my stove, I would not set anything that weighs more than a six pack of canned soda, and that might be pushing it. In reality, these "shelves" are really more like grill covers as they fold inward to cover the burner area. As covers, they are excellent and will provide excellent protection.Aside from not being able to hold much weight, the only other drawback to these shelves is the color. My 3-burner stove is silver/stainless and black with red knobs. While the red shelves are not terrible, I would have preferred to have black and stainless options. I'll probably paint mine black at the end of the summer. This is a very small nit pick, but if the Camp Chef people actually read these reviews, maybe they will offer them in the future.
