Great Urn, Just Slightly Slow Water Flow
This urn is perfect size for our church, for teas after the service and other functions. Water level is visible, and it only takes about 25 minutes to boil a full urn from cold. The temperature is selectable up to boiling, and it automatically switches to 'keep warm' when the selected temperature is reached, except for boiling. But turning the temperature down slightly from boiling, puts it into keep warm mode. The only slight complaint has been that the water flow through the tap is a bit slow, but I think that depends on the depth of water inside. A very good urn at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Don't buy it
Leaks from the tap and now won't turn on. Changed the fuse, made no difference. Its only 4 months old

Very impressed with the prompt delivery.Very pleased with the urn, it keeps the water nice and hot, we use it for teas and coffee in our local Church.Good pouring tap as well.So all in all a happy customer..........

Oh my goodness
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago as I was having an afternoon tea party in the garden for a surprise birthday party. We filled this up about an hour before everyone was going to arrive. It was a god send, usually I am running inside and out with the kettle.It does get hot, so you will need to out of the way of children. I did place it on a tray thinks it will then catch the drops but didn't need to as it was drip free. Also don't forget to read the instructions.I have since used it again for a family BBQ in the garden. No doubt it will us it again this summer, but I am also thinking Christmas when lots of family are around, it will allow you to mingle and not be tied to the kettle in the kitchen.

Works well
Bought this to use with electric hook up in a tent. Low wattage, I don't use to boil water but I know it does (tested at home) but in the tent I can have hot water on tap for washing up, and washing hands using porta potti. Great, it worked well.

Great Value
Urn arrived very promptly. Safely packaged. Very easy to use. Doesn't take long to boil from cold and then stays hot and ready to use 24hours. A good buy very pleased with it.

Arrived quickly and works well however main body section was damaged and dented
We ordered this to provide hot water for teas and coffees during large pub functions and wakes. It was dispatched quickly and arrived as per the order however the main metal body section has some dents on it. There are approx 6 - 8 dents and yet the box it came in was not damaged at all implying it was damaged prior to packing. Overall happy with it as the dents do not affect the use.
