My blood type requires I have more copper in my system than other blood types so I take this for my blood health everyday.

Ineffective
I bought this for my uncle who has peripheral neuropathy. I thought all copper supplements were the same. He was using Swanson brand before. A few days after switching to this brand, his pain slowly started increasing. At first, he didn't know what was happening. After enduring pain for a few weeks and stressing about a downturn in his health, he switched back to Swanson and his symptoms disappeared within 2 days. I don't know what they put in Solaray copper supplements, but it's completely ineffective. Try more trustworthy brands.
