Best lingonberry jam I've had in ages
We are Swedes in the US. WE EAT A LOT OF LINGONBERRY JAM. Like a lot! When I ran out of my last little glass jar and started realizing how I was paying 90 cents an ounce foe the other brands, I figured I should get a bulk bucket and portion it into freezer bags to last for months. This comes in around $0.30 per ounce. Totally worth the effort to portion out smaller bags and freezing for the savings!

Yummy!
Yummy. Lingonberries can be used as a side dish either pork or beef. They are also great on pancakes or on desserts. Simply delicious Wild berries from the Nordic forests.

Tasty berries great on toast.
I was watching the Dr. Oz show and he recommended eating Lingonberries for health reasons. So being into staying healthy I ordered some. I was surprised that they weren't just berries but a mixture of berries and a clear sugary substance. It's a lot like buying preserves but wetter. They tasted tart but not too tart. I wasn't sure how to use them since they weren't just berries you could pop into your mouth so my husband and I decided to add them to a lightly buttered roll. Very good indeed. We have eaten about half of the 11 pounds and I must say they have stayed fresh in the refrigerator. We both just had our yearly physical and we both have good health with slightly elevated cholestrol. I can't say that the Ligonberries have actually increased the quality of my health but I'm going to believe Dr. Oz and continue eating the rest of our order. After we finish the 11 pounds I will go without for a while and see if there is a noticeable difference. If I don't feel as good as I did when eating the Lingonberries I will order more; if I don't see a difference I probably won't purchase again unless I get to missing the taste. I'll try to update later if I remember to (it's not helping the forgetfulness :)

Damaged shipment
I read the reviews before ordering this product and one of them mentioned never receiving order because shipment was damaged by shipper. I ordered this product anyway for my son and was excited when I was notified order would be delivered sooner than expected. A few days before the order was to be delivered I received an email notifying me that the order was damaged in shipment. I'm not sure if the original shipper damaged the item because it wasn't packaged well or if it was damaged when it got to the shipper in the U.S. Fortunately this was ordered through Amazon.com and I received a prompt and hassle free refund. I thought about trying to reorder this product but I will try to find a local vendor to minimize multiple shipping carriers.

Roland Lingonberries
I recently ordersd the tub of wild lingonberries. First they came almost immediatlly so kudos for the mailing! The tub is large but does fit in my freezer. I like them howevr they are Very Very sweet. Too much sugar. I have however found a solution. I put them through a sieve under running warm water before using. I eat a bit each day and on toast or crackers. They are also good to use in baking. I would love to have a few more size selections. Receiving eleven pounds of lingonberries is a bit much for anyone, unless I want to sell them on the side!

So good!
First of all, the packaging was so extensively protective, it took about ten minutes to unwrap the Lingonberries. I immediately poured half of the large container into a freezer container and saved that for later (after sampling the berries). I enjoyed the sweet tangy flavor of the lingonberries. I eat the sauce on bagels with peanut butter, and as a side to a meatball dinner, of course! Good for your health and delicious!!!

Roland lingonberries
When I received the 11-Pound Tub of Roland Wild Lingonberries, I was surprised to find it was'nt just the berries, but a tub of berries that seemed to have been processed with sugar.Although it tastes fine, was really exspecting it to be just the berries. Had plans of making some jam with some of them, maybe a pie, or just eating a handful on ocasions. Now I have a tub that has sugar already added, so no real way to determine how much sugar was already added.Long story shortened. Should of clearly stated that they had been mixed with sugar and was in an almost like jam state. gave a four star rateing on them. would of gave a five star, but was'nt what i was exspecting to get.And no the bucket I received did not have stired with sugar on it like the tub in their current add does. And no where I could find in the discription of their product mentioned it either.
