Not working upon arrival.
Item arrived but only half of the heating element works. Right side laminates fine but the left side is lukewarm at best. Called the 800 number shown but the number is constantly busy and possibly disconnected. Hoping the seller contacts me to resolve and will update the review accordingly.

Great results!
This item produces great results! The laminate is heated perfectly and the lessons I’m laminating (I’m a teacher) look amazing. The only downside is that it seems to overheat and shut itself off long before I’m finished and it makes me take a 20 minute break. 🤣

It is a substantial machine.
Laminating turns out beautiful.Only complaint is that it needs to cool down and temp needs to be turned down before you can power off.It's a little on the noisy side.
