The Client need make sure to check dark or light transfer paper no jam or damage. Please the transfer paper put the box more than envelope package damage

I’m sure this paper works great, however, when it came, it was rolled up...I’ve spent the last few months pressing it under boxes, etc, to try to get it to flatten out so I can use it in my printer. I should have just returned it in the beginning because I can’t get it to feed through my printer without doing it manually one sheet at a time. Frustrated. Any chance I can still get a replacement?

Very dissatisfied with the way this was delivered. It’s rolled up and open. Paper that is put in the printer is supposed to be straight not rolled up
