I used the barbecue for the on Sunday went to clean it on the Monday morning noticed that the centre grid had a crack on the side please send me a replacement for the thank you

The media could not be loaded. I don’t normally comment on packaging, but as this is a large, heavy, expensive item, I feel I need to point out that the packaging needs to be improved. The thick cardboard box it arrived in had a huge gouge in the side which occurred during transport. This is down to the fact that the BBQ is round, the box is square, and the manufacturers haven’t filled the gaps with any packaging such as polystyrene.The look, style and build quality is excellent. It’s eye catching and radiates luxury. It’s built from aluminium and has a cast iron grill. It’s lighter than it looks and can be moved around easily. It actually weighs just under 18kgs.The BBQ can be used with butane or propane gas and hooks up to a bottle like most other BBQs. You’re provided with a valve and pipe.There’s a thermometer on the lid and a solid metal drip tray that slides into a channel underneath.Depending on how many items of food you’re grilling, I’d say this would be adequate for a family of 4.It has 2 circular burners. An inner one and an outer one. The two dials on the front of the BBQ control each of the burners. Oddly, you have to turn them anti-clockwise rather than clockwise to control the burners.You’re going to need to purchase a trolley to sit this BBQ on unless you have some kind of large flat heat proof area where you can house it.You’re also going to need to purchase a cover, as it will need to be permanently covered when not in use to prevent rain and debris getting inside the housing and onto the grate via the chimney.Overall a great grill, but you need to purchase one or two accessories before you can leave it outside.

Upon setting it up, which included refilling the gas and connecting it to the grill, I was immediately struck by its superb design. The anthracite grey finish not only looks fantastic but also fits perfectly in an outdoor setting, adding a touch of elegance to my terrace.The size of the grill is just right. It's compact enough for intimate family gatherings yet spacious enough to cook meals for a small party. This balance makes it an ideal choice for someone who values both functionality and aesthetics in outdoor cookware.The premium feel of the materials exceeded my expectations. It's one thing to see a product well-presented online, but it's another to witness its quality in person. The Gas Medio Table Gas Grill feels and looks luxurious, contributing to a more enjoyable grilling experience. Cooking on the grill was a breeze. The fire ignited smoothly, operating quietly and efficiently. The cast iron grate ensured even heat distribution, allowing me to cook the meat perfectly with minimal effort. This ease of use, combined with the joy of grilling, made the entire process not just about cooking but about savouring the moment.I am thoroughly impressed with the Morso Forno Grill and look forward to exploring its capabilities further as the weather becomes more conducive to outdoor cooking. Its combination of style, size, quality, and performance makes it an exceptional grill that I am eager to use again. As I continue to experiment with different recipes and grilling techniques, I anticipate this grill will only enhance my appreciation for outdoor cooking. I plan to update this review with more insights after a summer of grilling, fully expecting the Gas Medio to become a centrepiece of many memorable meals.

This is my first ever Gas BBQ and I was a little nervous using it as I'm a bit cautious of gas😣However I found the instructions really easy to follow and had it hooked up within 10/20 mins.While I have only managed to use this the once due to the great UK weather 🤔🫤 I found it simple to use and got great cooking results.It has two burners one on either side which is perfect if you want high heat on one side and just a low heat on the over side.I wasn't expecting the size of the grill to be that big but once I put it together I was pleasantly surprised and it's definitely big enough for a family of four.The BBQ is definitely well made and looks top of the range and is worthy of the £399 price tag.My only negative is with that price tag I would of liked a weatherproof cover included but I'm afraid this isn't the case😞.That being said though, overall I love my new BBQ grill and this beauty is going to get lots of use of we get some sun this summer 🤪.Definitely recommended. Would of liked an included cover.
