Works fine for Sennheiser SD Pro 1 and 2 headsets
No issues noted; capacity seems fine and the connector is identical. You may find that the replacement battery (photo, bottom) is slightly shorter and a tiny bit lower capacity than the OEM battery (photo, top), but the difference is negligible; 0.74Wh repl. vs 0.8Wh orig.

Plugged battery in and once charged it’s working as expected. Not sure if I’m getting more range or life for daily use but if you need a battery this does work

Extend the life of your investment!
Wireless headsets aren't cheap. If your battery life is waning, don't ditch the headset. Most likely you can simply replace the battery for less than $20 and end up with a headset that performs like new. I've done this with both Sennheiser and Plantronics headsets. Spend 15 to $20 and protect that $300 headset investment. This particular battery was easy to install and got me back to 6 hours of talk time a day.

Comparable to OEM battery
Getting again 6+ hours of talk-time on my SD Pro2 headset, with wideband, like it was when it was new. Replacement of the battery was easy, just follow the instructions in the UserGuide.
