Never got it to work.

Was not a good experience

I bought this product as a Christmas gift. When it was finally ready to be set up, it simply did not work. The driver was not recognized, not by Bluetooth (tried multiple devices) or direct with multiple devices. No driver software came with the article. Returning was a nightmare....after returning the item, I had to follow up about the refund. They (tp seller) said they hadn't received it, then accused me of not using their label. Fortunately, I did use their label and tracked the day it arrived at their warehouse. Then they said they needed to see if it could be returned so late. I had already done that, which is how I got the label. Then they finally agreed to reimburse me, but it was short $35! Amazon made good on the balance, but the aggravation of dealing with this Unscrupulous business leaves me with this warning: Save your money! Do not deal with this third party seller.

Doesn't work at all. damage all over the printer. Oil residue all over the outside. Complete piece of junk and false advertisement. The internals are damaged as well and the charging connection is loose. Don't buy!
