Q: Could anybody please confirm that this mug definitely does not leak carried in a bag. My last one leaked into my bag. Liquid everywhere. What a mess.

Definitely doesn’t leak as long as you close it firmly. I put mine in my hand bag to walk to work and it’s fine. Keeps your drink warm for hours. After buying many many travel cups, this one is definitely the best.

Q: how easy is it to properly clean the lid?

It’s very easy to clean,, I leave it to soak for about 5min in warm soapy water and I use a washing up brush to get into all the crevices and a rinse at the end

Q: What is the height of the 380ml cup excluding the lid.

Approx 13 cms in height with the lid removed.

Q: Can you buy Replacement lid - we have dropped it and the lid has split

My lid started leaking after a year and I’m still looking for a replacement as I absolutely love the mug. Nothing shady, I just think the silicone at the top deteriorated a little bit after using it daily (sometimes several times a day). I don't understand why they don’t sell replacement lids, I’d definitely buy them and have read the same from others.
