Sennheiser SC 135 USB (508316) - Single-Sided (Monaural) Headset for Business Professionals | with HD Stereo Sound, Noise-Canceling Microphone, & USB Connector (Black), Adjustable

I use this to work remotely from home as an online technical sales rep. I wear it almost 8 hours a day. It is way more comfortable than the cheaper headset I got from work, and the Gaming headset I paid over $100 for. I like the single earpiece and headband. It isn't nearly as tight as I'm used too. I don't know if that could be an issue for small heads.I use 3CX for windows. The button on the cord is nice for answering the phone. Sound is excellent. Because its a single on ear style background noise is not reduced. Most of the time that is not an issue for me. I needed a little help from our IT department to get the button working after I installed the headset and EPOS software. I'm not sure what setting they had to adjust in 3CX. Didn't take him long to figure it out, and this is the first EPOS headset in the company that I know of.I've had no issues with customers trying to listen to me, so I'm guessing the mic works well. I'm able to position it so that it doesn't interfere with my vision even when working on the side where I'm wearing the microphone. It rotates to allow use on either ear. I don't feel the need to change often since its so comfortable.

Nice that these can be used as a usb headset with a computer or with a mobile phone headset jack. Good quality, the only downside is that they are not adjustable, and the pad on the non-headphone side is very thin, I just added an extra pad

I wanted to use it a while before writing a review. I have had it over a month and use it for my work-related Zoom calls (courtesy of COVID19). I have had no problems with it. I hear loud and clear and everyone else does too. I'm very happy with it.

I thought I was upgrading from my Logitech to Sennheiser. This headset is one of the worse. I'm not sure if I got a bad one or what but the sound quality is the pits. I had the volume on 100% and it was just about right. I would think it would be too loud at full volume capacity but it was not. It had somewhat a muffle. I had to plug it in and out to get the sidetone level adjustment to appear. People didn't complain about not hearing me so I guess that part was fine but there was a great deal of white noise during dead air. This is definitely going back. I'm just terribly disappointed. I was going to give it 2 was because others could seemingly hear me. But uhm, now after the 2nd day of trying it, it doesn't work at all. The earpiece is HUGE. And the headband part does not adjust. I have hair and it makes the earpiece come up a little higher than I would like. So not being able to adjust the head band portion was another con. Nonetheless, I think I am giving up on Sennheiser headsets.

Started using it today. Got compliments on my excellent audio for my speech on TEAMS call. And the quality on my end (in my ear) is very good as well. I have a big head but it sits good on my head. You can only adjust it a little, the ear phone goes up and down a little but it works.So far so good, on day in. I always had good luck with SennheiserEdit: not working with new HP Zbook laptop. They are recognized but neither ear piece or mic works. Lowering to 2 stars since they are great when they work.

I purchased this as a headset for the home office when WFH was pushed a few days a week. This worked great in the beginning and I loved the volume and mute button controls on the cord. However, I was presenting on Teams a few times and the microphone cut out right in the middle of the presentation. Had to quickly switch and use computer audio. Didn’t trust it after that and eventually sold second-hand.

Good product overall. No problems so far.

I always buy a USB connected headset because I'm on too many calls per day to rely on bluetooth battery. This has a very long cord so I can move around a bit, and I carry this with me on the road (I travel almost every week) and it has held up very well with connect/disconnect and putting in/out of backpack. Make sure to install the software from the Sennheiser website, because then the software will update the headset software automatically, which I've noticed happens every couple months to fix things or improve things.
