Seal is decent, it only slightly allows some air through just a bit of an opening that's very visible under the eye, which is a good thing - you want your goggles to ventilate or I imagine they would fog up. They didn't fog up easily for me - unless you're in a hot/warm environment, in a situation that you'd be sweating, I don't imagine they will fog up easily - rather, they might if you're sitting still I've noticed than when engaged in some physical effort.The plastic on the sides does limit your vision slightly, which is not too bad though, it's just not a great thing, and makes these more suitable for people working standing still, in a fixed place, than for me - I move around and need to look around me, and while these haven't impeded my viewing angle more than a bit, it is more of an uncomfortable feeling that could be more psychological though - another downside of them is your eyes tend to focus more towards the middle I think since that might explain why with these I get a slightly double vision effect as if my eyes are criss-crossing - it only makes sense the same narrow vision might be responsible. I got different ones that don't have a splitter between the eyes and I was blown away by how clear my sight was and how open - it just feels like I'm not even wearing glasses at all! These still take second place - I would say they're decent.
