Brushed and polished gold-toned stainless steel combines with a classic design in the Seiko Women's Stainless Steel Watch. Sophisticated and refined yet never stuffy, this timepiece boasts 21-jewel Japanese automatic movement for precision and the ease of battery-free operation--to power the watch, simply move your arm. As stylish as it is reliable, this watch features a slender, circular case, black dial, gold-toned hour markers and luminous hands, and an English/Spanish day and date box at three o'clock. A mineral Hardlex crystal joins water-resistance to 99 feet (30 meters) to guard against wear and tear, while a fold-over push-button clasp with safety makes for a secure, comfortable fit. For easy gift-giving and storage, this watch arrives in a Seiko box.

Wonderful watch however I had to return it
This Seiko watch is a great watch and I had the same one since 1989 with this one being a S5 where I had a S3 back then. I wore it just about every day since 1989, and still wear it. I never had to repair it, only have battery changed. When I ordered this one it looked exactly the same but I thought the band was a little dressier and smaller as I still have the other one for everyday. I sent it back as it was exactly the same as my old one and the band was just as big so I could not use it for dress with formal wear. The return policy was great and will be crediting my credit card for the full amount. I buy alot thru Amazon and have been happy with their service.

An other quality Seiko
I bought this watch for a woman that was in my life, but things ended up not working out, and I never got to give the watch to her, so for now I'm holding on to it. I have to say though, it's pretty nice, and has a pretty decent power reserve. It's pretty accurate, and just plain ol' pretty. I don't really feel like selling it to a pawn shop or anything, so maybe I can actually end up giving it to someone as a gift.

Doesn't keep time
The watch doesn't keep time and the seller won't refund the cost. I was told to take it to a jeweler on my own dime after owning it for 2 months! Jeweler cant fix it. they told me to ship it to them, on my own dime! Then they said to send it to Seiko on my own dime for warranty! Seiko requires the warranty card to be filled out by seller which it wasn't so they wont take it. Amazon has done nothing so im out $120. DON'T BUY FROM SHAHEEN

Nice Watch
A nice watch that I bought for my wife. If I remember correctly, it is self winding. I'm not very fond of electric watches. This is a nice watch. My wife finds it a little hard to read because the face small.

A Seiko Disappointment
Fails to keep accurate time and various jewelers say there is nothing which can be done to improve it. I would recommend you purchase from a different watch manufacturer which makes devices which will do the job with basic time-keeping. Too bad, Seiko was once a fine watch maker.

The watch is not wearable due to a bad clasp
The clasp spring bar keeps slipping out of the wristband's micro hole (as shown in my enclosed picture), making the watch unwearable. I’ve bought many watches online and never had this issue before. And with a Seiko, no less! Rather than dealing with returns, I had to go to a local watch and jewelry store for a replacement spring bar. It cost me an extra $10, plus time and effort—totally defeats the purpose of online shopping.More update 10/29/2024:The watch stopped working six months after I bought it from Amazon. I contacted Seiko USA in July 2024 for a warranty repair, as Seiko watches come with a 3-year warranty. They emailed me back, stating that Joma Shop is not an authorized Seiko dealer, so this watch would not be covered under warranty. After I sent the watch to them, they informed me it would cost over $330 to repair it. Would you spend $330+ to repair a $130 watch? So, beware—if you buy a Seiko from this seller, you’re on your own with no warranty from Seiko. I wasted $130. Grrrr.

Beautiful
A simply beautiful, dainty watch. It feels a little fragile, but that's only due to it's size. It is scratch resistant as it claims. I have no problems with it.
