Excellent quality smoked salmon.
The salmon has been smoked and matures and cut into delicious slices just ready to eat. It is full of beneficial oils, minerals and vitamins.

Delicious flavour but…
This smoked salmon was really a perfect flavour but I gave 4 stars because my package weighed 686gms including skin but even allowing for the 2 very small pieces consumed whilst repackaging for the freezer I think to state 800gms would be considered generous & for that reason alone unfortunately I won’t be reordering.

Loch Fyne is better
This was an expensive product and I expected a lot better quality. It compared in taste and texture to a supermarket product at half the price. I have had Loch Fyne Kinglas in the past. It is a similar price but far superior in taste and especially texture.

Poor tasting salmon
Dear sirs,Regarding my order of a ½-side of smoked salmon, it was very disappointing. There was very little taste to the salmon, much different to the salmon you sent me last year. It was also an odd orange colour???!!!!I have unpacked the salmon and put selected pieces in the fridge.Sincerely,Hilda Jane Kadri

Delicious smoked salmon top quality very succulent taste even after I have finished the packet I lick the salty texture of the inner wrapping I vote Lancaster smokehouse as the best manufacturer of smoke salmon
