The chair appears sturdy and looks good. It’s the right height for my desk and seems to have good lumbar support. It arrived in a timely fashion and, when I had questions about putting it together, Mike from Chair Master was extremely helpful. It would help to have instructions with more detail.

This chair was purchased for a computer desk. It came well packed. Very easy to assemble. I’m 5’3” and the chair’s height is perfect for me. My feet is nice and flat on the floor. It’s easy to adjust the height as well. I like the firm seat and the back can be adjusted back or forward to suit the user. I also like that the back of the chair supports your back well and it has a give so you don’t feel like your against a stiff board. My only dislike is that that “give” comes with a clicking sound. Also I find myself intermittently tightening the screw on the back and bottom of the chair. Not a deal breaker by any means. I would buy this chair again and even recommended it to friends. Not sure how long it will hold up as only have it for about couple months. I use it 8-10 hours/day, 5 days a week.

My husband purchased this chair for his glass torching workstation. It is just what he wanted, especially the wheels. They operate much more smoothly that standard desk chair wheels. Very happy with the chair.

I like that the chair assembles easily with no tools, quickly. It's sturdy in comparison to a variety of other stools I've tried recently. The swivel is nice and the casters work well. The lift mechanism seems good so far. The only thing I would say is that you shouldn't expect this is going to be very comfortable. It's better than sitting on a rock, but not much more than that. I'm a skinny guy without a lot of body padding, so your mileage may vary. I'm using an "extreme comforts" seat cushion and that's making a huge difference. The back adjusts nicely, but I think it would have been more comfortable if the surface were smooth instead of the sort of the raised checkerboard pattern. It gives off a pretty strong chemical smell when you are close enough to use it. I've had the chair for a month and the smell hasn't lessened, unfortunately. I would recommend this product with those caveats.

I like everything about this chair except it does not have locking wheels. It is well made, sturdy, and was easy to assemble. Would buy again.

I use it in my basement laundry. Both knees are bone on bone so walking is difficult and painful. Once I get down the stairs, I can load the front loader while seated and scoot to detergents etc. are. I can move the load from the washer to the dryer while seated. I can get anywhere in the basement without having to walk. I love it.

I love this chair. It arrived much quicker than stated. I needed the chair to go up to 21" however, this chair went up to 19". I contacted Chair Master and they quickly sent out a replacement cylinder to fix the issue. If I need another chair I will be buying one of these from this seller. Great customer service!
