Order one size bigger than your usual size.
I am wearing 36EU in most footwear, and ordered the same as it says "true to sizes " I received just now tried it but it doesn't fit me at all, too small for me. Luckily my little sis fits it and I don't need to return. I immediately ordered again the bigger size while writing here. Otherwise the product is good and worth. Just order one size bigger.

It does not relieve the heel pain as claimed
It did not help in relieving the heel pain as stated .actually the heel made it worse.i would not recommend to buy for planter fascitis.soul is hard rubber which makes it worse
