It is very easy to setup, very rarely drops connection and we love the time stamp in the live video. This was a real selling point for us as it ensures we know it is a live image, which many competitors don't provide. The app also always you to continue to see the video while doing other things on your phone, which is great compared to vtech etc.The camera is also super lightweight so could be attached to anything you wish pretty easily.The app is easy to use and the sensor alerts are always correct.We also use a separate audio only monitor for extra piece of mind and for when WiFi is not possible away from home. This mixed setup works very well for us.As a parent of a 7 month baby, I would recommend this product to friends and family in a similar situation. Mainly for the ease of use and time stamp.

I don't think I have EVER given a one star review, as I keep in mind how it can affect a sellers profile. But on this occasion it would be untruthful for me to give it a higher rating.I ordered the first time and received no power adapter. They wanted to offer me a 10% refund. However for this amount I expect everything to be in its place and I want the original. After sending it back, I ordered another one.The second time, again there was no power adapter in. This time I have given up.The quality of the video is good. Can't zoom in. Can't have more than one person view it at the same time. The USB cable is about 1.5m and needs to be plugged in to work. Can't work with batteries. Motion detection is not bad and you can adjust the sensitivity. Notifications are good with very short delay. The speaker to your phone sound is not great and too soft. Couldn't hear baby cry. Volume as talk back in the room is good.Basically I sent back both. Found EXACTLY the same video camera here on Amazon for £22. I ordered 3 called little elf. Gotta love capitalism.

Great camera, easy plug in and go. Looks good and is small and sleek. Plugs in to the mains so no need to worry about battery life. Great purchase for the money.

A good product but you do catch yourself looking at a frozen screen and then having a panic that your baby might have been crying for the last 20 mins.

This is by far the best baby monitor out there.We tried with the angelcare system and the manual was so convoluted and confusing we sacked it off immediately and bought this one.With having a baby you just want things simple. To literally switch on, connect to wo wifi and away you go!My only issue is that it doesn’t stream too far so if you live in a big house you might have issues depending on your quality of internet etc but we live in a 4 bed house and fortunately baby is never far away from me and that’s how I wanted it but I also wanted to be able to see at all times.The button monitor is ace and does exactly what you need it to do. We stopped using after about 9 months I think but it may have been sooner (when he could basically sort himself out in bed / covers / duvet / roll over etc) and in that time I think I only changed battery 2/3 times and that’s with daily all night use so not bad at all!Brilliant product and for baby no. 2 we’d definitely use this again!

I had difficulty setting up the camera. The customer service team were amazing and very patient, with the issue actually being with me and my WiFi provider. Once resolved the camera was easy to setup and provides excellent picture quality.

This monitor has on two occasions allowed a stranger to log in to my app account and watch my baby sleep. It’s incredibly distressing and their only advice is change my password which was a twelve letter with caps and numbers password. Surely this should not be happening.
