Decent concept, but poor design and no easy fix
Out of the box, the hardware is loose and there's tons of play in the mount. Took it apart, cleaned everything, did the soda can shim trick for the rails that everyone recommends online, lubed them up, and reassembled everything with blue loctite on all hardware. With the shims in place and the retaining screw in the bottom half of the rings tighened down fully, the assembly wouldn't slide at all (which rather undermines the purpose of the mount). If you back the screws off a little to allow the rails to sit straighter and slide as they should, then you get slop in the rails again. There is a conical locator pin near the front that brings the sliding assembly back to more or less starting position, but therein lies the problem: it's "more or less". You can grip the scope and wiggle or rotate it side to side and it will happily settle in a different point of aim without returning. Not exactly what you want if you're going for tight groups.I think with very precise (ie. not Chinesium) machining, you could make this design work without modification. The weakest element is the rail rolerance and the fact that it uses a single shallow pin at the front to determine resting position. At minimum, if there were two tightly-machined and longer pins, you'd at least ensure a consistent return to the starting position regardless of the play in the rails. A possible DIY mod could be to drill/tap 8 holes and install some nylon screws on the front and back of each rail's vertical and horizontal axis to keep them actually straight (or at least consistent) when they slide. But that's a lot of work for a cheapo mount, and may not solve the problem anyway. As it stands, this is only usable if you want to throw a fragile scope on your springer air rifle and don't really care about precision. It's cheaper than the proper Diana version that it copies, so I guess that's a plus.

Mounted on Crosman Diamondback .22
The mount is a great idea; maybe perfect for a non-magnum pellet rifle. However, after a couple of hundred shots from a .22 magnum, the thing has already gotten wobbly. One of the guides has slipped back about 10mm but it stopped there (so far).As long as the rear spring holds the carriage tight and level against the front stop, I think my patterns will stay tight. Time will tell how long the spring can hold up. It isn't bad yet, though. I'm 5 for 5 shooting golf balls from 20 yards. That's with the cheapo CenterPoint 4X32 scope that came with the gun, too.Update -- 2 days later: I took the mount apart, greased the guide rods and used blue thread lock on the guide rod retaining setscrews. Sighted it in at 35 yards with slightly over a half-inch group. It's all good now. I should have done that at the start but it shipped without any paperwork; it seemed pretty self-explanatory so I stuck it on the gun and started shooting. Silly me.Save yourself some bother and do the lube and tighten first.I even gave it an extra star!

Flimsy!
Had to take it apart and make shims for the two rods on each side cause it had to much play in it. My shots would be all over the place til I fixed it. Company needs to machine the rods bigger so they fit snug.

Muzugiwa Scope Recoil Dampner Works As Advertised
I hesitated buying this product because of the bad reviews of not only this mount but the Bullseye mount. I decided to take a chance because of a few positive reviews & price. The Mizugiwa mount I received was in very good condition with all parts assembled. I tightened the 4 jab screws before installation and lubricated the rods with a good gun grease I use called Weapon Shield, a thin lithium high anti wear grease. The rod tolerances were tight and not sloppy as some reviews stated and after thorough lubrication worked very smoothly. I've experieced the same very consistent and good accuracy after 200 plus rounds. Groups remain tight, consistent at 25-35 yds. The mount is installed on a .22 Crosman Prowler and hasn't moved. The stop pin fit the reciever perfect. I ordered a second mount today for a .177 F4 Crossman. Both rifles have Tasco 3x9x40 AO air rifle scopes, weight is 16.3 oz each purchased on Amazon.

Don't do it
This will not shoot a 5 inch group at 30 feet. The play alone just touching the scope is ridiculous. I've tried it on a Prymex, a HW30 even after modes the scope just drifts around. It's impossible to get a consistent grouping.
