Package came exactly like it advertise. I got these for dietary needs for both an important ingredient in the kitchen and bowel health. Honestly the size and quality of the package is WELL worth the money you pay! I bought this and I still have it! There was so much! Great as a laxative and a seasoning for meats and other dishes!

I like to make Ethiopian food from time to time and fenugreek is essential, but impossible to find at any grocery store in my town. These whole seeds need to be ground, but I keep a coffee grinder that I use just for spices so it works out find. A mortar and pestle also works well. I made beef tibs a few days ago and they were out of this world.

I like but next time will purchase powder. Need a very good blender or coffee grinder to pulverize the seeds. I steeped in oils to make my hair oil. So far so good. No itching and my hair is very soft.

Arrived on time, good value for the money. I use them for my hair (4type, thick n coarse) and it's great. Infused with olive oil makes it much more slippery and softening. Overall awesome addition to my hair DIY's
