Paper is on the roll backward. Has to be installed on the reverse for it to work as thermal paper.
Ordered once would not work like previous paper II had purchased. Returned for replacement. This did not work as thermal paper when installed in ATM. On a whim I removed and placed it in ATM against installation instructions and found out it printed that way. Just hope it will not jam because of the way I had to put the paper roll in.
