We put them in a vintage motor home and they sound great. Their small size worked out very nicely since it's hard to find space to install things in the tight spaces of an RV. These were easy to install and look great, plus they sound excellent. Keep in mind that if you're wanting deep bass then you'll want to add a small subwoofer because these aren't made for that. If you're looking for something that sounds better than the TV speaker and easy to mount in multiple locations, then these are just the thing. The price was very low considering the sound.

I ADDED THESE TO MY CURRENT SOUND SYSTEM AND WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT. GREAT VALUE AND GREAT PRICE. LOVE THESE SPEAKERS. THEY SOUND LIKE HIGH END LARGER ONES. I WILL ADD ANOTHER SET SOON TO MY OTHER SOUND SYSTEM.

Quality and mounting hardware is very good. They look great! The sound is not as good as I was hoping after seeing it demoed on the website. Not bad but not great. Very nice for the price. I’ve had them over a year would buy them again.

I paired these with a Pyle amp. I would suggest a small amp, the bigger ones are a waste of power with these speakers. These really hold the amp back, but for quiet/medium volume they do a great job for the money, especially if you don’t want “ugly” bookshelf speakers and don’t want go the wall/ceiling mount route. Turn them up past half and they will make you sad. For my personal use, I would consider them for a low-powered atmos setup, or rear channels only.These are NOT great speakers, I would go so far as to say they are not even very good speakers. But they are perfect for the friend I installed them for. They enjoy gentle background music without taking up counter space and the aesthetics suited them better than other speaker designs.5 stars for my application3 stars for the speaker in this price range.1 star for sound quality if you would use them as primaries in a stereo or surround system.The hardware felt cheap, but worked very, very well.

Having owned a few surround systems, I recently installed these for a client, and they sound surprisingly good for their size. Keep in mind, a good bass is required to bring out the overall sound quality, they do not disappoint. Properly set up to your system, they are clear and bright. They are an excellent low budget choice. If you are a true audiophile, that can afford high quality, I might suggest a more expensive unit, these may not work for you. But to just enhance a basic home theater system on a budget, I highly recommend these.

Those are not my speakers. I returned them although I bought them at a discount.Pros- Nice look- Low price for a 2 way system- The safety cables give me piece of mind with my son playing below the speakerCons:- I don’t like those quick-disconnect terminals. Introduces the need for a screw driver just to connect a speaker.- The tweeter doesn’t sound good and is way too loud compared to the mid-range speaker. It leads to an unbalanced sound profile- For me, the speakers are just too small. They cannot produce low enough bass. It’s 130Hz, which means you’d need to set this frequency as crossover at the subwoofer. And 130Hz is too high for a subwoofer. Doesn’t sound good combined- After I didn’t like them, I tested them side-by-side with an expensive speaker. You could argue that this is unfair but the test confirmed my initial feeling that the sound profile of the Rockville Cube is off across the entire spectrum

I was immediately drawn to their form factor. I had some old bookshelf speakers laying around but my wife didn't approve of anything that big so, I started my search. Many of the name brands didn't have anything this small and compact or reasonably priced. When I came across these with their nice small shape, two way speaker design, and built in mount for $50, I was sold pretty quick.There are a number of other brands on Amazon using these enclosures with different speaker divers. None of the others seems to have a two way design. I banked on this being a sign that they would be more likely to have better sound. In the past my choice in car speakers have always come with two way designs like these do and they've always sounded great. Looking into Rockville they seem to have a background in car audio as well so that helped sell me on these too.Their frequency range and volume are more than adequate as surround speakers. I'm using them with a standard Dolby Digital and DTS Onkyo receiver. They produce clear vocals, music and every other sort of atmospheric effect faithfully. I have watched tons of movies now with them and just having them at all gives so much more life to every movie. Last night I watched Gravity and the surrounds are put to great use throughout the movie. Sometimes long segments of dialog are coming from the surrounds and everything is crystal clear with these Rockvilles.Are there better satellites out there? Yes. But likely not for the price. They accurately reproduce everything that I've listened to so far. A lot of what gets sent to the back speakers is music and atmosphere. Though even when a car speeds past or a spaceship flies over, these get the job done and sound pretty fantastic. When I picked up Ford v Ferrari, I knew I had to get surround speakers setup to fully appreciate the movie. Even from the start at the title screens, cars race around the entire room seamlessly transitioning from speaker to speaker encircling you with the sound of engines revving and exhausts blaring. It's a great experience having these speakers.I don't love the euro-style speaker wire clips but they work okay. I had a little issue getting a good connection when I first hooked them up but, they've been fine ever since. I do wish their enclosure wasn't plastic too. Wood would give a warmer, fuller tone. Overall though I'm very happy with them. They are a great value including all of the mounting hardware, ready to hang on the wall or maybe even ceiling.BTW: If you check out my photo, please excuse that these are mounted so high and behind the main listening position. They are not ideally mounted according to Dolby's recommendations but for aesthetic and practicality reasons, this is where they are. They still provide ample effect while sitting on this couch.If you're on a budget and need some decent speakers to make your 3.1 a 5.1 system. I would definitely recommend these speakers. They have helped me enjoy my home theater again.
