It leaked petrol and would not start. I returned it almost 3 weeks ago but still not got a refund, I was told they are waiting for an engineer to look at it. I suggestted they contact the manufacturer as cleary a common faul, which is also extremely dangerous. They haven't even responded to my last message. I'd suggest paying an extra £10 and purchasing one from B&Q, which we did and its far better quality and works a treat.

Bought in December of 2019 decent power washer for the price. used it on my car and the patio plus the driveway. Powerful washer. Quick to assemble had an issue with a broken plastic end bit holder which was dealt with very quickly so good marks for customer service.Make sure you follow the instruction for oil levels and when taking the hoses off make sure you release the pressure.For the maker of the product access for the fitting of both hoses could be better, see the second picture but you can get the hose on.

A nice strong machine easy to put together feels very well made well happy with it BUT before using make sure you go around and make sure the bolts are tight as mine has two bolts loose started to leak fuel.

Did back yard in half of the time it would take me with my old electric powerwash, well worth the money, well made

After a year of having this power washer I just wanted to leave a warning for anyone considering it. Save your money and look elsewhere.The tank for holding the petrol is terrible and doesn't create a seal so you have petrol leaking out constantly.The machine takes an age to start thats if you can actually get it to start in the first place.The exhaust port is at the side where you stand to pull the cord to start the machine so if you are wearing shorts please be mindful of this or you will burn your leg.After only using it possibly a handful of times last year draining it for the winter the thing won't even start this year.Absolute junk

This washer was easy to assemble and nothing that would cause any problems there. Build quality is pretty good and overall a nice unit. However I went to use it today after it sitting for about a month. Stored in garage, No ice or anything like that and after a couple of minutes use the hose is split but not in the way you would think. It seems that the water is getting in between the crimped end of the hose and between the rubber outer sheathing and the inner braided hose. This resulted in a longitudinal split about 5 inches long whic now constantly leaks pretty fast when the motor is on. I have literally used the washer no more than 10 times since I purchased. I am looking for a replacement hose but this is not that simple as most domestic hoses are only rated to about 180 bar and this unit runs at up to 240 bar. This makes me wonder if the hose supplied was not up to the job?!! If the seller can see this I would love to hear from you to see if you are willing to rectify this problem. The washer is less than a year old. sometime in 2020.Update. I contacted the seller and a new hose was sent out to me. It seems to be holding up for now. So all good.

Great bit of machinery once you get to understand its quirks, just like any of these types of equipment. Quite powerful too.Dirty water pipe/filter is nowhere near long enough, so for a couple of quid I've extended it at my expense.Instruction booklet is pretty poor for information, could be much better.
