A MUST for any serious First Aid/field trauma kit
These are a definite MUST HAVE for anyone seriously into camping/bushcrafter ! I'm a former EMT-I and military CLS in the 80s & 90s & wish I had these then. There's plenty of very good demo's on YouTube for these. If you're a serious bushcrafter or wild camper, carry a proper first aid kit with a pair of these. Stick with the 6" as it'll do everything the 4" will, but a 4" may not always be large enough. To make it a little easier to fit in your kit, remove it from the outer package

Lacking inner sealed packaging.
Functionally, they work as in intended. These do not have the inner vacuum sealed packaging. It only has the outer layer. Be advised if you usually remove the outer layer to pack them in your kits.

Liberalcommienazizombie ready!
No matter what comes! I'm prepped! If you're bleeding around me fret not. I'm prepped!Lol, these work great. I always keep them stashed away for the apocalypse or whatever prepper fantasy is running rampant in my head for the day.But mostly I use them because I'm comedically clumsy in the mountains.

A must have.
A must have for any first aid kit. I carry one on my USGI pistol belt. Put it in a USGI surplus ALICE IFAK pouch with a gun shot wound kit. Fits perfectly without the plastic box. I carry the other one in my first aid kit I keep in my Alice back pack. Both come sealed in their own package. The seal makes them sterile and also water proof until opened.

Bulky but good
I haven't had to use one of these yet, (knock-wood), but others have had excellent success with them. The only thing I would caution is that they take up some serious space in your IFAK. The package has a lot of air, else they could be half the size, and if you puncture the foil to let the air out and compress them, you no longer have a sterile package. Also, if space is a consideration you might consider the 4 inch model. I think the 6 inch might be overkill for most civilian applications. But then again, we never know what we'll run into so everyone's gotta make their own call.
