You know it's good because of the way it sounds. It is stainless steel and can be sterilized. It is shinier then my stainless steel desk. You can see the contrast.I have this on the right side of my desk, which is a stainless steel top ULINE packing table. I put little adhesive feet on it and it is great (amazon.com/gp/product/B00PS97RUY).Get the extra large size it's great quality. Perfectly flat, def stainless steel so sleek. Thick. It's easily worth $50. No sharp edges

Edit: it's been a year and a half and they get cleaned and sent through the autoclave at least a couple times a week and they still look brand new. Forgot the corners were even dented until I read the review - clearly doesn't affect function. Would buy again.Look good, are a decent thickness, will have to see how they hold up. Would have rated higher, but they all arrived with one corner smashed in, but the box in perfect shape, so we're sent that way, likely all dropped as a stack in the warehouse.3/7/17: they get put through cleaning and autoclaving about 3-5 times a week and have held up marvelously with no corrosion or discoloration! I actually don't even notice the bent corners, so am changing this from 3 to 5*.

This tray was perfect to put under a 2 slice toaster which I will move in and out of a cabinet. It is just the right size to catch all the crumbs and not extend out further than needed. I looked and looked to find a tray to corral the crumbs, and though a medical tray was more expensive, it is worth every penny.

This is a tray used in our qc department. They are the perfect size for doing qc tests on product. Made of stainless which is the only metal allowed on the production floor. Came in before I expected it and in great condition! Will order more of these in the future.

Bought this tray to use on my manicurist table. I wanted something I could disinfect easily. It cleans well. It still looks good. One of the corners bent during travel. Not very stylish but does the job. I have had it for a few months now and overall I am very happy with it.

Received in excellent condition, without any dings, dents or scratches. Seems nicely made, with no sharp edges. The base is discreetly stamped with 'Grafco(R)', 'Thailand' and '18.8 Stainless steel'.

Looked and looked for a toaster tray in silver, had no look until found this instrument tray. It works perfect and looks great! Plus it stays looking great. Also makes a great conversation piece, "Instrument Tray" is definitely a catchy phrase.

Product arrived dented. Its original box was damaged and then that smashed box was put inside a amazon large box with a few other items for delivery. The product itself is nice just has a hefty dent but it does not affect the function so i decided to keep it as i use the trays for making cigarettes and it wont hurt it any.
