Bought this dress for my 5 year old daughter who is about 4 feet tall and it’s a perfect fit. I would have hoped it was a little longer but she’s 4 feet so the midi dress length is to be expected.

This is a great pick for your frozen fan! I would recommend cold water wash only and hang dry or delicately dry in the dry. I did notice the princesses faded in the dryer. Fits true to size. No itchy tag.
