Fast!
Very good and fast laptop. Plenty of processing power, boatload of ram, and decent hard drive space. It DOES support Windows 11. Currently running a Windows Insider preview build of Windows 11. You're getting a very decent computer for a relatively good price.

Tough Laptop
I like how tough the laptop & its battery life. I use it for a little bit of everything.

Broke within 6 months
We purchased this computer in April 2022. It no longer holds a charge and will no longer power on. We took it to a local shop for repair, they determined the motherboard is bad. We tried replacing the battery, the AC adapter, etc. That’s when they determined the mother board is bad . Now we need to get information off the computer and it won’t even turn on. All this computer has done is cause problems and frustrations. DO NOT BUY!

Good for the price
I was happy with the speed and feel of the computer but very disappointed in the quality of the built-in camera. In a time of lots of Zoom I found it’s quality to be unacceptable and had to add a camera for my Zoom sessions.

Business computer
We bought this for one of our employees to use as a business laptop and we are an architecture firm so we have fairly high demands on our computers. This seems to be doing the job so far. Was easy to set up out of the box and haven’t had any issues so far. Very lightweight and nice large screen. Don’t think this model is a touch screen as far as I know.
