Came used in an open and retaped box. The machine is scuffed up and dirty - these pics are from when I first took everything out of the box, I haven’t used it yet but it seems to be missing parts. No instructions in English.

I too received an opened/re-taped box and was missing parts, exchanged this one for another that was also pre opened but had most of the parts at least.When i first tried to use it i was disappointed, thinking the reviews were right and it was junk, until i realized that my POSITIVE electrode was bubbling, and the color of my part was becoming more copper toned. Following my hunch i grabbed a multi-meter and tested the leads and confirmed that the positive (red) outputs on the machine were actually the negative, and the black negative output was in fact the positive. After swapping the leads to account for this it works quite nicely.

Bought this to plate white rhodium and all it did was burn the solution. Even after trying the recommended volts and then 1-10 the results were the same.
