BMW 4.3 Battery Charger

This is a great product! The dealership warned me about a low battery message. Since my battery is really expensive, I hoped this would help and it definitely has! It's really easy to use, just read the instructions bc you have to use correct setting for your battery type.

This is an excellent product for those who don’t drive as much like I do, or store their vehicles for the winter. Letting your battery drain constantly reduces its life span and can be expensive to replace. This keeps your battery topped off and does not overcharge which is good for long term storage. It even has different options for AGM or lithium batteries for both cars and bikes. Highly recommend.

I'm older and don't drive my 2015 BMW a lot (9000 miles in 4 years), so had problems as it told me about not being charged, etc. Now I hook this up when I'm not using it, and no more problems! Automatically knows what kind of battery etc., and charges, then just does more when the battery gets lower. Only seem to need it in the winter.

Great battery charger! Worked great for my 2015 335i, just what was needed to keep the juice up in the battery. Easy to use, all automatic. No problems, fast delivery as the times go today. Very pleased..:)

I ordered the BMW charger Part Number: 61-43-2-358-315 (without lithium option) and received the part number: 61-43-2-408-594I was going to keep it anyway and just hooked up it my BMW battery to keep it topped up. After a few days when my AGM battery was on the “Float” stage I measured the voltage and it was only 13 volts, when the float voltage should be 13.8 volts in a 50F degrees environment. I tried a different voltmeter and it was the same. I tried the charger on my another car with AGM battery and it was the same 13 volts on the “Float” stage, which is not acceptable for any lead acid battery. I never expected that poor performance from BMW. Returning back.

Worked as advertised. Just connect to battery terminal; my battery was in the trunk so I used the terminal under the hood. I plugged to a power outlet and it first displayed the status of my battery power of which the level was very low, left it plugged overnight and that brought my battery to full charge. I also bought the comfort connect cable and I'm glad I did because my power outlet wasn't as accessible in the garage. You can use a power extension box but I wanted a direct connection to the power outlet.

This is exactly the same as the overpriced model that says "BMW" on it and has all of the same features. I bought two of these... One for my wife's 335i X-drive and one for my M3 (E90s). We have both had these on our cars this winter as we store them during the snowy cold months of the years and they have saved our expensive batteries from BMWs notorious drain down.
