120mm Flying Dragon Computer Fan Grill

I was shocked when I opened packaging and found this gem inside. I didn't fully read the description and anticipated it to be thinner, similar to most metal grills. Measuring in at 3 mm, this apparatus is beyond sturdy. The acrylic material is high quality with a glossy finish and no imperfections. The cuts are clean and consistent.The only flaw, as mentioned by an earlier review, is a reduction in air flow. The dragon takes up a significant portion of the grill, at least 40% of the opening (product photo is exact representation). Of course it's an issue if you rely heavily on the designated fan for cooling therefore I do not recommend the dragon design for this scenario. I installed it onto a nonessential rear case fan that has LED's and can be clearly seen through the case window. Regardless of the hindered functionality, this is still a helluva grill at a bargain price.

This is probably the 4th time I've bought one of these over the years. One got broken when I was trying to cut off the surrounding tabs for a project, not even sure how I broke another one and the third left with a computer I sold. They aren't super fragile or anything, but they aren't indestructible. Solid piece of acrylic, I would estimate about 1/8" thick. It definitely adds bling to your rig but obviously at the cost of performance you will lose airflow.

Fan covers look great on my MSI Lian Li case fans, all eight. Make sure you have the fan hardware on hand. Hardware is not included.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful, crisp, clean design, no sharp edges! This looks amazing in my son's pc. It's exactly what his blue/black build needed.

These dragon grill covers arrived in perfect condition, and have the same smooth finish on both sides so they can be used facing different facing scenarios. I do have a mesh grill on the inside of my custom arcade cabinet holes to help control dust intake, as these are meant for aesthetics or maybe light protection from larger objects.

And it ROCKS.I recommend if you do something similar add some clearance between the grill it self and the fan so that it breaths a bit better. I have a dust filter between it and the fan and the air flow is still great, so I have no complaints.side note, I posted a short video of my build... the video says tofo at the end... its supposed to say tofu :/ that's my bad....I did manage to crack it by over tighting a screw holding it in place... that's also my bad :/it still a beautiful piece :)

Good quality. Nice n thick. Only issue is some air flow restriction. At idle my gpu radiator is still spinning at 1000rpm and idle temps are 24c solid. Bounced 22 to 24 b4. But still very cool. Also did add some noise. Almost seems twice as loud but looks cool inside that's all that matters right? I have a push pull with a 120mm push 140mm outside case pulling for temp purposes. Was going to get one for 140mm but decided not to bevause of noise.
